Billing Cycle Information
Monthly Billing
Charged $9.99 every month on your subscription date. Cancel anytime to prevent next month's charge.
Prorated Billing
We do not offer prorated refunds. You have access to premium features until your current period ends.
Account Deletion
If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data:
- First cancel your subscription (if active)
- Contact us at support@lustura.app requesting account deletion
- We'll permanently delete all your data within 30 days
- This action cannot be undone
Note: Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund for any subscription fees paid.
